Terms & Conditions
Services
Andalux Logistics provides dedicated courier and logistics services across the UK. Our services include same-day deliveries, dedicated transport, urgent shipments and other agreed logistics solutions. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability, collection and delivery locations, access requirements and confirmation by Andalux Logistics.
Where appropriate, services may be carried out by approved subcontractors acting on behalf of Andalux Logistics while maintaining our expected standards of service.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due before collection.
Business account customers with approved credit terms must pay invoices within the agreed payment period. Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional charges.
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations & Changes
If you need to cancel or amend a booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
Bookings cancelled before a driver has been dispatched may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Once a driver has been dispatched or collection has commenced, cancellation charges may apply to recover costs already incurred.
Changes to collection or delivery addresses, times or goods may result in additional charges.
Refunds
Refunds are not automatically issued once a driver has been dispatched or a collection has taken place. Any refund requests, service credits or other remedies will be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate collection and delivery addresses.

Ensuring goods are correctly packaged and suitable for transport.

Declaring the nature, size and weight of all items.

Ensuring someone is available where required for collection and delivery.

Informing us of any access restrictions or special handling requirements.
Andalux Logistics accepts no responsibility for delays or additional costs resulting from inaccurate information or restricted access.
Liability
While Andalux Logistics takes every reasonable care in transporting your goods, we shall not be liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, traffic incidents, vehicle breakdowns, industrial action or other force majeure events.
Our liability is limited in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and any applicable Goods in Transit insurance. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
