Customers are responsible for ensuring that all collection and delivery details, goods descriptions and contact information provided are accurate at the time of booking.

Refund Policy

Andalux Logistics provides dedicated courier and logistics services tailored to each booking and customer. As our services involve vehicle allocation, driver time and operational costs, refunds are not automatically issued once a collection has been completed or a driver has been dispatched.

If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate the matter fairly. Refunds, credits or other appropriate remedies will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the circumstances, the agreed service and our Terms & Conditions.

Where a booking is cancelled before a driver has been dispatched, a full or partial refund may be available. Once a driver has been dispatched or collection has commenced, cancellation charges may apply to cover costs already incurred.

This wording is much more appropriate for a courier business and reflects how same-day transport services typically operate.
